ok i have this setup. 2000 cx hatchback with a 99gsr motor. I am running the 99-00 civic si wiring harness and boombslang jumperharness.with a p28 thats chipped with hondata (s100B).... I turned the key to the position before i start the car and I dont hear the fuel pump cut on like it used to. I am still runnning the sohc fuel pump ...also should I put a gsr pump in there ? I checked the fuel pump fuse under the dash any help would be appreciated ...thanks danny also do you guys think it could be a pinout on the ecu ??

did it run that way before, or is it since you did all this?

it ran before I did the swap. I did the swap and convereted to obd1 at the same time thanks ...danny

It could possibly be the main relay, but more likely, something is just not right with the wiring.

check your engine ground.
when we did my swap, the engine wasn't grounded enough and we weren't getting any fuel pressure, and couldn't hear teh pump turn on.
