Fuel pump not turning on. 99 ex b20vtec
1999 Honda Civic EX coupe
B20vtec turbo
Hondata S300 p28
Was adjusting tune and accidentally moved map selection over to an aftermarket one. And obviously the car died. No boggie I thought. Moved map back to stock and tried to start car but fuel pump not coming on. Turns over and checked the fuel settings and nothing weird. Any ideas before I pull seats? I checked fuse is good and receiving power. Next I'll check relay and then pump but was wondering if I'm missing something. Oem pump.
Update: checking main relay harness, I have power at pin 7 and pin 5. With ignition on I get power at 6 and none at 4, exempt it seems to jumper and hear pump prime. Really strange.

So tried my friends p28 s300 and car primes and starts right away. Openes my ecu and nothing noticibly burnt. I'll check to see if pin 7 of connector A is outputting when I turn ignition on.
