Default fuel pump and cel problem

well here it gos my fuel pump wont come on and i tryed everything i know what to do thats one thing and my cel light will not go off when i check it it does not read it stays lite so i need help bad

What car?
What have you tried exactly?
A constant CEL may be the indicator of a bad ECU.

its a 95 hatch b16a motor swap car was running fine yesterday morning cut it off and now want start back i have jump the fuel pump it works changed ecu it works changed main relay it works or came out of a car that it was working in and is still working in that car i checked all my ground under the hood there good

Blown hood fuse 31 or dash fuse 24? See FAQs sticky for fuse box diagrams.
