fuel pump

so i did a swap on 95 hatch and i went to start it would not turn over so i thought it was my main relay but my main relay makes a buzzing noise so idk wut i could be changed the fuel pump..... not getting any fuel to my injectors. thats all i got to finish my swap.... some one help thanks h-t
