Fuel pump

So, I ordered my walboro pump off a store on ebay, the guy told me civics don't need a wire harness... So did I get jacked? Or am I going to have to solder or tap my wires?

I believe it should come with a little 2 pin harness for the install. Someone clearify this for me. I almost 99% sure.
