Fuel problem???
Hey guys haven't been on the site for a very long time.
Anyways I have a 95 Civic DX and when trying to start it it takes forever to crank over. It can't be the starter or the alternator since its getting power. I'm thinking it has something to do with engine not receiving fuel? Someone mentioned the governor? Or could be the fuel pump? I'm not sure. I have to sit there and pump the gas petal like 40 times before engine will crank over.
What could it be? Any solutions? I'll try and get a vid up when I can. Thanks guys.

Re: Fuel problem???
You're not supposed to pump the pedal. That was something you used to have to do with carburetor engines.
When was the last time you changed the fuel filter?
