Default Fuel Problem

Okay I have a 94 civic ex with a b16a swap now every once in awhile It will throw a ecu code of 34 with on hondata says thats a fuel system failure. I have a stock fuel pump, with a aem fuel filter, and aem fuel rail, stock fuel pressure regulator. Now I also have a b&m fuel pressure gauge. I believe there isnt any leaks but could there be a chance that there is a leak when I'm driving not sure. Just wanted to know if anyone had that same code.
