Default fuel pressure on a d15b vtec, what do i set it at?????

ive got a d15b vtec with all the bolt ons. i had heard that using a p28 to run a d15b runs it rich, so can i use my fpr to lean it out, or do i need to go to the p08 ecu? what would be a good way to set my pressure. i know their not very accurate but im also going off my a\f gauge which is always burried at rich at wot. the fuel pressure gauge reads 38ish at idle and 41-43 at wot. so should i just lean it out?

how rich is it running at WOT? because it should be running rich around 12-12.5:1. Many people think that engines should always run at 14.7:1 which is not the case! Personally i would rather be running slightly richer than leaner... far less problems

from what ive heard over the years.

downhill, no throttle.. 15.0 A/F
cruizing, slight throttle.. 14.7 A/F
wide open throttle all motor.. 13.5 A/F
wide open throttle turbo >10 PSI 12.0 A/F
and anythign over 10PSI down to 10.0-11.5 A/F

so if your getting 12.0 all motor, i can bet money thats too rich. your just loosing power then.
