Default fuel pressure at 65

is at 65 no matter how low i turn the regulater down to as soon as i start it it goes to 65 psi then shuts off. if it runs for like 20 sec i try to give it gas then it boggs out and dies. does anybody have suggestions let me know i wanna drive my car again, thanks

car is a 96 civic hb wit a 95 ls motor, 97 ls computer 97 ex injectors
ps: checkd cam timing 4 times and its on the money, i was told that the injectors were to small

ex and ls injectors are both 240cc so thats not your issue. the 65 psi would be the culprit. its about 30psi too high. put a stock fpr on. sounds like your adjustable regulator is stuck.
