Fuel Line Mounting Stud
How hard is it to remove the fuel line mounting stud from the stock fuel rail? I plan to upgrade to stainless fuel lines and would like to use the an to metric adapter vs. the an to banjo fitting. This is on an ITR motor in an EK. Thanks in advance.

Where are you going to put a wrench? Once the nut is removed there is the stud remaining with only threads. You would have to use vice grips or similar to remove the remaining stud.

Could try to double nut it. Spin on one nut and then spin the second one on after it, tighten second on down while trying to loosen the first then use the first nut as the removal wrenching point.
Another option would be to get a second oe fuel rail or aftermarket unit and do the swap out with less risk of leaving your stranded.

I was thinking of trying the double-nut trick. I would assume the outer nut has the same thread and pitch of 12mmx1.25?
