Fuel injector issue
I have a 95 Cx with a b18. I took the motor out to repair some issues and have recently put it back in. When i tried to start it it wouldnt start. Sprayed some starting fluid in it and it started fine but cut out. Long story short, no fuel. I noticed my #1 injector plug is kinda messed up, would that cause them all to not work? Or is it something in the harness? Fuel filter and pump work fine. Any ideas?

Re: Fuel injector issue
You could try loosening the fuel hose to see if you are getting fuel pressure. You could have a clogged fuel filter. Make sure the 4 wire plug for the injectors is plugged in and put a screwdriver on an injector and hold it to your ear while someone cranks the motor to listen for clicking of the injector opening and closing. The main relay is actually 2 relays, so just because you hear clicking doesn't mean it's working right, just that at least one side is clicking. One side turns the power on to the ECU and other stuff, and other to the fuel pump. If you hear the pump prime, do you see the CEL light turn on and then off after 2 seconds?
Your timing could be off where maybe the starting fluid will make it run, but it won't run right on gas. TPS and MAP sensor wires can be plugged in wrong and make it run bad and maybe starting fluid was enough to make it sputter at least.

Re: Fuel injector issue
Ok, Ill check the fuel filter again but I just put a new one on it. The CEL turns on then off after the pump primes. when the pump primes i can touch injector #2 and feel the noise as the pump primes. but thats it. Ill check the tps and map sensor wiring as well.
