Default Are the Fuel ijectors supposed to move while bolted down to the manifold?

I put these injectors from a 92-95 D16z6 into a head I got (92-95 ZCD16a). I can rotate the injectors from side-to-side. Is that good or is the fuel rail not tightened down all the way. Please help....

yes, as long as its not leaking fuel and the thicker bottom O ring is completely in/hidden you should be alright.
