fuel gauge on my si cluster doesn't work

I recently bought a SI cluster off craigslist and swapped it into my 97 dx, but the fuel gauge doesn't work, any ideas?

If the fuel gauge worked in the original cluster, then the gauge in the new cluster is likely bad.
