Default Fuel Gauge goes way down on turns???

It seems every turn or even slight hills, the fuel gauge needle goes way down. Sometimes from 2/5 all the way to E!!

Any idea what is going on here? I am not sure if the Honda ones use a resistor for the fuel needle placement?

Thanks

Yeah, my hatch does the same thing. I dont know why but it is really annoying when you dont know how much gas you really have.

yes mine does it to but i still have horrbile gas milage anyways. my best gas milage to date is 178 mpg and that really sux when u have a CX wiht that annoying 9 gallon gas tank. as soon as i leave the gas station with a full tank, my gas needle starts moving down immediately. i tope my tank off real good lol but still it goes down fast as hell. on the highway doing about 80 mph u can see the needle move by itself downward over the course of about 10-20 miles its horrible.

My 99 EX has an 11.9 gallon tank, so I'd assume the Si--if it's a 99-00, would also have an 11.9 gallon tank.

But of course, I could be wrong.

I got a 36$ cold air intake on Ebay and my gas milage almost doubled ! not only is it louder and more powerful it's SOOO much better on gas now
