I've got a 1993 Honda DelSol Si and recently, I've been having more and more problems with the car starting up, idling low and dying. It's usually right after I get gas or if I romp on it a lot. It'll start right up if I mess with the hose a little bit.

I doubt it's the filter, because I just replaced it or the spark plugs cuz I replaced those too. I keep getting told it's either the filter, pump, hose, or spark plugs.

You have another aspect that you are overlooking. You check your timing yet? (cam, ignition) Also, any codes?

Eh, yeah, I forgot about my timing...it is a little off. Thats probably it. I hope it's not the pump though...I'm too poor to replace that! Thanks!
