fuel filter
Question.
I'm trying to change my fuel filter on my 93 civic si (there's a good possability it's never been done before). I removed the banjo bolt, and got that line out of the way, but now I'm trying to get the fuel line off. There's got to be something I'm missing. It wont come off for anything. Two of the edges have already been stripped- and I don't want to make the problem worse. Is it safe to use wd-40? What can I Do?

requires same style wrench that brakelines require, the name just escapes me at the moment. Someone else will know the wrench type.
Flare wrench.
Like a box end wrench but has a slit to fit around the line, 14mm is the size- I think.

They are a good investment, I have a whole set all the way up to like 17mm. I use em for all sorts of ****(other than brake lines and such).

Re: (4door_demon)
well the flare-nut wrench proved useless. It just keeps stripping the bolt more and more. The vice grip just popped the clamp out and without the clamp the brake line just torques. Which I'm sure isn't good. What the crap do I do now? I seriously doubt that this filter has ever been changed- this things seems impossible to take off.
What can I do?
