Fuel Burning Problem
I have a 99 Honda civic si stock and I recently changed out the manifold and throttle body...I replaced the stock ones with a skunk 2 manifold and 70mm throttle body....now my car when I start it it iddles really low like at 300 and when it warms up it comes back up to around 1000 and varies...it's now burning fuel like crazy I can smell it coming out the exhaust...I had a few lines that need to be T'ed off since the new manifold didn't have the exact connections as my stock ones...could the burning of fuel be because a line that goes to the charcoal canister?? And do I need to add a fuel rail and fuel regulator since I have more air being sucked in??? The car was running perfect before this so it has to be something...any feedback would be appreciated.... Thanks
