fuel-air metering ek...help!
i need some help here people. im gots codes and i ran it on the scanner and it says fuel air metering. info bout the car.
-d16y7 block
-z6 head
-y7 intake manifold and tb
-dx ecu.
can anyone help me out here? so send me on the path thanks

ya thats the set up. i got the 00 ex ecu but i plug it in and the idle jus jumps up and down but when i drive it .its fine then i hit a stop and again jumps.

its your IACV, i think you are still using the 3 wire (y7)?
If you use the EX you need to use the 2 wire IACV. same problem i had. i even posted about it in the past =P
when you rev up your engine the rpms will go up then down the up again.
Remember if you disconnect your y7 IACV make sure to take it apart and block off the air passage or you will have a nasty vac leak.
