Audi RS4

I have search this site over and over and can not find S#!T, i'm putting a 88-91 (B16A Sir 1) into a 6th gen civic, what do i need and what problems am I going to run into......please help..........any help is appreciated!!

Lots of problems and you need lots of stuff.

namely a hydro tranny. a few brackets, a wire harness, throttle cable

and many other variables depending on what version of OBD you need to run.

To convert the motor to OBD 2 you will need a new distributor, alternator, oil pump and CFK sensor, knock sensor and maybe a few other things.

You are MUCH better off getting a 1996 or better B16 from a del sol or civic SI.

grab you a back issue of SCC...they have a full article about how to put it in step by step. My only ? is why the hell would you put that old *** motor into your brand new car??? I dont know how that obd2 to obd0 will work out, but more power to ya

DON'T DO IT, SAVE YOURSELF
Go with the 2nd gen B16, this will save you a huge headache and hours of down time.

I take it all the sensors are the same excluding VTEC obvisously. just replace the ecu and maybe a VTEC controller?

Ok so I go with the b16 sir2, what axles can I use? the ECU can be chipped with HONDATA correct?
