Default Front Wheel Barely Moves

Okay I've searched and searched. I am having a problem with my 93 hatch with the front right wheel. When the car is jacked up on jack stands the passengers side wheel barely moves. I had a similiar problem on the drivers side but it wouldnt move at all and taking out the dust ring on the knuckle fixed the problem, or maybe because I put on the axle that came with the car. Anyways, I removed the dust ring on this side and it seemed to help but it wasn't a complete fix like the drivers side was when I took off the dust ring and put on the original axle.

So are all axles not the same? This car is a 5 speed and the donor axle came off a Del Sol auto. The passengers side has an axle from the Del Sol and the knuckle is from the Sol as well. This isn't a caliper problem because the problem persists with it removed. I left the other axle 200 miles away so I can't just swap it to find out.

So would there be any difference between the two axles? If not what else would cause the wheel to barely spin when the spindle nut is torqued down?

Ok so the axles are all the same I found out. I think I may be having a problem with these parts because they came off a wrecked car. I'm going to put back the original axle and knuckle and see what happens... Only problem is I may not be able to do that until I get the parts back home, I left them at my sister's 200 miles away...

Bump for any ideas why it would be harder to spin my passengers wheel as opposed to my drivers wheel when the car is in neutral and on jack stands?

How did you figure this out? I thought the problem persisted even with the caliper off?
