it don't believe it is any more complicated then taking the nuts off the bolts that hold the LCA's to the sub frame [replacing the bolts with longer ones depending on the bar] and then putting the bar on and replacing the nuts.
to be honest, that is probably the stiffest part of the car to begin with [front sub frame] and those front lower tie bars hang MAD low.... i don't think they are worth it on the street... it hangs lower than the exhaust...
