Front LCA question

you can beat it with a hammer, don't try and pry in between the bushing and the control arm though. We had to take an acetyline torch to it to get it off. I doubt you're going to get it off without that. I'm sure if you take it to any local shop they'll heat it and get it off for you. Just throw some anti-seeze on it, and take it home.

Re: (akaEsCo01)
cut the bolt off completly to allow the fork and LCA to seperate. take the LCA out of the car, go to honda and buy a new bushing and new bolt and nut. take the new bushing and LCA over to a machine shop or any shop that has a press. have the shop press in the bushing. parts should be just over 20 for the bushing and around 8 for the bolt and nut. then the labor should be around under 10 bucks for pressing the old bushing out and new one in. go re-install things. frozen LCA's suck.
