Default front disc benefits

Is there any benefit to having GSR/Si brakes on a Civic dx/hx apart from the rotors and calipers. I'm probably going to go with a 4 piston/big brake setup in the end, should I just get a kit for the hx/dx or is there a benefit to switching to the Si brakes and then getting the kit for those?
