Front caliper and pad difference

Front caliper and pad difference
I've read a while back,
EX/Si Civics (91-00) were equipped with 10.2" front rotors and shared the same front calipers, regardless of rear drum or disc.
Now I was buying some brake pads and according to Hawk Performance, EX w/o ABS uses bigger and thicker pads than EX-S(EX w/ABS) for the front (rear pads for Honda/Acuras w/rear disc are all same size, except ITR).
Does this mean EX w/o ABS has bigger/different front calipers than EX-S?
(EX-S pads are identical to Non-ITR DC Integras)
The reason I ask, I am also trying to purchase SS brake lines.
I have Integra rear disc swap and most people tell me I should get EX-S or Integra (DC) brake lines.
Would this effect performance and saftey if the calipers were different?
TIA

Re: (doubleshotz)
all the brake lines are the same its just the difference in the brakes themselves. just order brake lines for a integra. when i did my 5 lug conversion i swapped the lines from the integra on my civic too
