Default Front brakes - replaced and clicking?

99 Civic VR - replaced the front pads and rotors. Just before the car comes to a stop, there is a subtle, slow clicking from the right front. Since it only occurs during braking, and at a very slow speed, I am assuming brake problem, not axle or cv joint. Any suggestions? I took it back to the shop. They said the pad was slightly loose, but nothing seemed wrong. BTW - when the car is cold no noise - brakes have to heat up a little before noise occurs. Thanks for your suggestions !!
