Default Fried ECU..what now?

Hey guys, a friend of mine drives a DEL SOL VTEC and his ecu is fried. He wants to know which ecu is the best to go with. I think he said he prefers the programmable one. Lemme know what you think! THANKS

add ketchup!

uhh why did his ecu fry? if you can't figure that out, then I wouldn't wanna waste money on a programable one and then fry it too.
