Default freshly built B18C not starting

My b18C was recently built. everything is torqued to spec, all the hoses and connectors are connected.

i removed the ECU fuse and swung a few times to build oil pressure . but then we tried starting and the car wouldnt start.
We checked for spark but there was none. We then changed coil and still nothing.
The ECU light is on but it is very veryy very dim.

Anyone have any idea why the care wouldnt start?

Sounds like a dying batt if the CEL is dim. Also did you remember to put back the ecu fuse?

Maybe Double check all your grounds and make sure they are proper as well.

ok i figured out what it is .....what was happening was that the O2 sensor wires had come out of the plug connector housing and i guess when i placed the wires back in the housing i put them in the incorrect slots and it was screwing up the ECU and causeing the car from starting.

When i removed the wires the car started right up.

How ever, the car sound like it is misfiringand then i put the timing light on the timing was goin crazy.... it wasnt steady at all it was bouncing back and fortg around 8-almost 20 degrees advanced.

Any ideas what can cause this fluctuation of timing ?

There is also a little nipple on the firewall side of the throttle body that seems to need a vacuum line but i dont seem to find any free vacuum lines . where can plug that to
