Searching is the best thing ever.

There is a link to a write-up in that thread.

Masking tape
Dremel
chalk, or oil
^thats what you need
Put the post where you want the hood pin to be, next take your chalk or oil and put it on the top of the post, and close the hood. Make sure you make a mark on the hood, then go to work with the dremel and make a small hole. Next take the oil or chalk again and close the hood. While the hood is closed, with your masking tape, put a couple of layers of tape around the area of where the pins would be. Next lift the hood, and dremel (from under to top) where the mark is.
For the cover screws, at the dremels fastest speed (10k on mine) do a nice quick hit for the screw location. And then screw it in and your good.
Edit: ******* SOHC4life, what a bitch

No problem, but for future reference, search the archives too. Not just recent topics. The archives on this board eg+ and h-t are vast beyond belief.
