YES, I SEARCHED!!!
(I now know how to remove the rear wiper from every car Honda has ever made, do a uniwiper conversion, paint wiper arms, spray pedestrians with fluid, and change wiper levers)

So after 10 pages of search results and nothing pertaining to my problem, I gave up.

PROBLEM: When I turn on my wipers to the intermittent setting they stop right in the middle of the swipe. They just stop. Then they come back on just like they should and do the other half of the swipe and stop again. ALSO... when I turn off my wipers from high and low settings, they just stop wherever they are on the windshield when I happen to turn them off.

PROS: It's kinda a fun game to try to turn them off at the point where they should be.

CONS:

ANY help would be nice. I thought I would be able to just live with it without bringing it up on here but after driving 100 miles in the rain tonight, I got fed up. THANKS!

get a new wiper switch, or if its not that, get a new wiper motor (which im sure its not that)
