freak my vei sedan pulled a 15.8 1/4 mile
I ran my car tonight at the legal drags,So i could c the difference in time from n/a to turbo.
My mods are twin pipe manifold (think ZC)
2.5in with n1 muffler
no air filter
It was really busy and i only got 1 run it was a good 1 and i got a good take off
i pulled 15.8 at 143.5 km i am very surprised because my vei sedan runs a d15z1 66kw motor which should be in the 17's .Maybee its had prevoius work done??

I dunno if it had any previous work done, but either way it sounds like you got a real zinger of an engine!
Good luck with the boost project, I'm about to do the same thing myself
Edit- What exactly is a D15Z1? Is that the 1.5 liter SOHC VTEC engine? (I'm not real familier with the vei)
