the fpr is a fuel pressure regulator...
it regulates fuel pressure. and is needed whether you are turbo or not.
a FMU is a fuel management unit.
it is a unit you can use to manage fuel.
it is not a replacement for a FPR.
if you are going turbo i suggest a real tuning software and a good tuner.
