Found a perfect paint chip restorer for Rota bronze wheels.
Treasures Gold - Pewter (wax style paste)
Its the closest thing I've found to Rota bronze(damn near perfect match, makes me think if this what they used for there color choice). For any of you unlucky guys who have curbed or scrathed your wheels. It took them all away. It even fills in most of your chips. And it blends damn near perfectly.
It can be found at Arts an Crafts stores IE- Micheals. It costs about $4.00 a bottle.

make sure its the pewter color -3070 ... You can tell just buy looking at the color on the box how close it is.
