yea that looks black to me also.. hummm i would pass on that one... also the clear cover is wrong the real spoon doesnt have that "service" slot.. so that is a usdm clear cover. i would have the owner take a clearer photo of it... also on that auction look carefully and he has a different second photo. so if possible have that person take another photo preferrably with the date on it... you dont want to get screwed..
sometimes is hard to pass on something but on these gauges you will always spend a lot and its better to wait for a seller that will go out of his way to show pictures of the item that tells you real quick your dealing with the real thing and a good seller...

and if you end up winning the auction use paypal and pay with your credit card and not your bank account.. this way if anything is wrong with the gauge your credit card company will take care of the problem for you..

Dont stack clusters cost over 1000$, they are so f-in hot though, and I'd kill for one.

yeah i noticed the usdm clear cover, in the thread where the pic came from he said he must have switched it with his CTR clear face, too bad it doesn't have the service slot either.
basically i was just wondering, i want to be able to know the difference from a real and fake spoon cluster. i just needed to know which one was in fact real.
wish i could bid on it, but i don't have that much free cash, though i found a couple of things you have for sale and almost bid on them, too bad they're the wrong colour

he one of those people that doesnt like to spend money on stuff like this. and would rather spend it on racing... and expects us to agree with him..
i dont think he understands that we all have different financial priorities, and most people can dump $1,000 down on certain rare parts when the right time comes.
