Default Fork on tranny loose help

oh man this really sucks....

few days ago my clutch went all the way down at a light and i was trying to bleed it and i would get no compression, then i saw my slave cylinder was ripped open and all the fluid was coming out, so i changed it and then again the boot ON the slave started filling up with fluid looking like it was going to blow up, and then it wouldnt build any pressure again, keep going dead pedeal when i would think i was done bleeding....so my friend came over and noticed the slave was extended all the way and like 3 more inches than it was supposed to be and the fork was loose and far back, so he says the tranny needs to come off.........think its the pressure plate or throwout bearing?

Damn - you broke the fork that pushes the throw-out bearing??

What kind of clutch are you using?
