Taking off the front bumper, cutting the inserts a small bit, and doing some wiring.

Is that what you're asking or do you want a write up on it?

You dont need another bumper. If your bumper is a 99-00 OEM honda bumper there is a template on the back which tells you where to cut the holes out. Also the car is pre-wired for foglights, so all you do is ground it and connect a couple wires

Are you going to be buying the OEM ones or knock offs? I bought some knock offs and the wiring harness that came with it was set up so I'd run a wire to the fogs straight from the battery (which I just think is ghetto). Anyways, the OEM fogs are supposed to run off a plug in your in dash fuze box so I made a harness that utilized that. Also as someone mentioned your car is prewired for fogs, this harness that I'm telling you about did not utilize the wire already in the car. In other words they want you to run an extra, unnecessary wire through the firewall.

Did you mean to say "don't they only go on"? Mine are drawing power from the fuze box and the only time they don't turn on is when there's no key in the ignition. I'm not sure if I used the exact spot in the fuze box that the directions said to use though. I just picked one at random.
