Default Fog light question

I just got new aftermarket fog lights(hella 2500's) to replace my OEM ones that keep burning out. My question is, can I tap the hot from my OEM fog light harness straight to the 2500's? Will it have enough juice? I don't want to blow a fuse...
thx

shouldnt be a problem, and if the fuse blows then just replace it with a higher amp fuse. problem solved.

i don't think it will be a problem either, but,
you should just change your fuse to a higher one. it could cause the factory wires to carry to much power, making them unsafe, (fire hazard)

but i think we have all done it. changing the fuse for a bigger one. just be aware.

Thanks for the info. guys.
**UPDATE:** for those of you wondering, the fog hot wire was NOT enough to power for the lights. I really don't know why, I tried several different combinations, checked grounds and everything. In the end, I tapped my a/c hot wire(since i pulled my a/c) and it works fine and I can control the lights with the a/c button and have them on at the same time as my high beams(BRIGHT)
