Default Foam injection

Hi all, I want to inject polyurethane foam into the body panels of my eg2 del sol vtec. Does anyone have a review of a certain foam or has done this period? Please let me know asap. I want to strengthen my chassis and I hear that foam works real well on del sols. Thanks Ian

use great stuff and body panels will swell, even rip apart the spot welds.

Not if you are careful with it. We used it all of the time when I was installing car steroes. You must do it in steps. Only fill an inch or two at a time.

I know of a few track only cars that totally swiss chessed their chassis (lots of holes). In the A,B, and C pillars, they sprayed the foam to keep it ridgid in a rollover but light. They had a roll bar too.....

I used foam injection stuff for my old car, i had a saturn and had a problem with rattling parts. It was quite messy, and the foam expanded out beyond what I wanted it too. it was light, lighter than the dynamat stuff at least. You can use it, just be careful......
