Flywheel problem ?

Flywheel problem ?
Everytime when i try to take off slow or fast , the whole car shakes ( feel like wheel hop but not). A friend told me because of my flywheel is uneven but i am not sure if hes right or not because sometimes it takes off very smooth like nothing was wrong. So let me know what you think before i take apart the tranny. Thanks

does it chatter cold?
sometimes if it gets hot enough it will "unwarp" my 89 teggy did that all the time but if you rode the clutch a little it would be gone for a few days.
