Flywheel inspection plate

Where exactly is the flywheel inspection plate located on a d16y8? I've looked everywhere on the damn thing. Can't find it. Is it on the top or the bottom of the housing?

edit: meant d16 not b16

If you are talking about the flywheel cover plate, it is usually at the bottom of the housing. Almost in between the block and the trans housing.
