Default flywheel and clutch question for b18

well, i decided to go with a b18c in my ek, and should be ordering it for hmotors soon, but i want to know what to get when it comes to flywheel and clutch since its going to be out of the car, I am super new to b series engines so i have no clue, and i searched, but i would like some personal thoughts on it, what weight flywheel would be good, for a this and what brand. I don't plan on turboing it I just plan on doing some head work, which will include a three way valve job and retainer springs and a new head gasket thats about it the rest will be bolt on's. so the Question is what flywheel should i get and what brand, what stage clutch from act (I say Act because i only want to buy from them because i have never had a problem with them) and is a aftermarket intake manifold worth it or should i stay with the stock oem one. Thanks and sorry for the newb questions.

fidanza flywheel and an intake manifold is a good investment but make sure you find one that doesnt build all its power after 7000
