Default Flow rate

Does a Ls or B20 head have a better flow on a B20 bottom end.

the heads are identical.. well b18b/b20b/b20z are identical heads.. the difference is the b20 cams are tiny bit more aggresive..differences are of couse intake manifolds

So the best head would be the B20 head, and also on the B20z does the intake mainfold restrict alot.

if you go with any non vtec b series setup.. I would forget the OEM manifolds and look to the Skunk2 manifold..overall it's best to at least use a ls intake manifold for fitment uses..I have seen b20z's torque chamber fit in a eg civic swap..
