Default Florida + Hurricane ivan = Rust =(

Hey guys after the storm passed by, it flooded my neighborhood up pretty bad. After everything cleared up, i checked on my car and was relieved of no damages. Xcept for my Axels... they are filled with rust and my rear Drums has minor rust on them too.. Is there any way for me to get rid of this mess..its making my EK look nasty.

correct. Or just start replacing with more after market. The rear drums can be fixed with a rear disc conversion.

haha live in the northeast where we get feet of snow per year. rust is more common then flies up here. you dont even know how good u have it.

enough ranting. this is an excellent time to get a rear disk conversion. as for the axles, its more than likely just surface rust. if you want, sand it off the top layer and then spray the axles with like rustolium spraypaint or something.

I moved to Vegas about 4 months ago, my buddy looked under my hood the other day and nearly had a heart attack when he saw the rust. It was as if he had never seen it before in his entire life!
