Re: Floor Jack (sshaikh01)
How much is your car lowered....my Prolift jack fits under my car fine. I didn't know they made floor jacks specifically for lowered cars, so I am interested too.

get the aluminum racing jack from Harbor Freight. Its on sale again! http://www.harborfreight.com/c...47246
edit: I love this jack, quick and light. If I had a garage to keep it in and be usefull i'd have my own.

Re: Floor Jack (splitime)
you could always use the jack in the trunk/hatch (whatever ) and then use a heavy duty jack to get it the rest of the way up......thats what i have to do with my gf's car cuz its so damn low......

I just picked this one up today from Harbor Freight. It's $53 on the web site and $39.99 in the store
http://www.harborfreight.com/c...=4172
I also picked up the 2 year extended warranty for $10 more and if anything goes wrong, I get a new one The guy said a wheel falls off, leaks oil, run it over with the car, etc.......
I'm about to open the box and assemble it. At the store it was next to one of the racing jacks that was like 5X the cost. The racing jack was maybe 1 or 2 inches lower, but liek someone stated above: Use the OEM jack on the side to get the body up a couple inches then slide the BIG BOY in front or rear to get the car up
Yeah, if I had $$ to spend I'd go for the racing jack. Too much stuff is needed for the Hybrid though
