before i start, these are two different problems. my first problem is "floaty" steering. when i first got my car (95 vx, manual steering) in Feb. it felt great. the steering was razor sharp, and i could go into a corner confident. now, at any speeds over 50 mph the steering is very vauge. sometimes i am going back and forth with the steering wheel to keep it straight. i think my passenger side cv joint is going too, because at low speeds, it sounds like a rock tumbler when i turn.

and my second problem. this is a weird one, i have never heard anything like this happening before. lately when i get in my car, i would put the key in the ignition, and it wouldn't turn. i have to put a little pressure on the wheel in either direction for it to unlock. i went to start my car last night, and it just wouldn't turn. i turned the wheel a little bit, and still the key would not turn. after about 5 minutes of messing with the steering wheel, it finally unlocked.

any help on either problem would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
