my ls swap is doing the same thing right now, can't put a finger on it. My immediate thought was that it was fuel related so I purchased a new fuel filter, and ran some injector cleaner through it, but it's still there. Not sure. So I'm IN for this.

check your timing, my distributor was retarded all the way when I purchased my car and ran like it was dead untill 3500rpm then it came to life. Then I adjusted it and it ran 10x better.

Re: flat spot through 1000 rpm - 3000 rpm , please help (ek jordan)
yea i know the b16's are quite gutless downlow ,
i have checked the timing twice , all timing marks line up perfectly , marks on the camshaft pulleys line up and so does the crank pulley , i mean if the timing was out , the car would not run very nice and u WOULD know if the timing was out , i personaly dont think the timing is out , its just hesitating down low ..! a TPS or MAP sensor mayB ...?
