you'll get less knowledgeable answers here. some people know but most that do go to FI. its there for a reason. why not post it in all motor if you want mixed reviews.

You need a fuel pump, and 1000cc injectors are not gonna be very streetable at part throttle. Gets some 880's and a walboro.

For the money you are spending on the head you should sleeve the block.

Or save a bunch of money, run a low compression headgasket and ARP head studs.

... And yes you are a lil crazy, Id be a lil crazy to run 400whp on a daily unsleeved engine.

the rule of thumb is normally anything more then 400hp needs sleeves but theirs many that have went over 400hp on stock sleeves. kinda like the rule most stick by is 200-250 on stock internals but some have made 300hp on stock internals with a good tune.

For injectors, if you're looking at anything over around 880cc, get Injector Dynamics injectors. They're kinda pricey, but they'll idle like stock. If you can get by with 880s, I have some like new Precision 880cc injectors and a resistor box I'd throw in with them. PM if interested in that.

Your throttle body may be a little big. I'd look at others peoples' builds

Some head work like a port job would probably benefit you.

For your pistons, if you're getting H beam rods, at least look at what some decent forged pistons would run you. Cast pistons can take quite a bit, but I have heard that they are kinda loose in a D series. To cheap out on such a vital part doesn't make sense.

You should be able to make 350HP with no issues with the proper sized downpipe and exhaust. I made 303 @ 19PSI on a crappy ebay turbo with no cam or a stock regrind.

They are fine, vitara's are very strong pistons. They are the best possible cast you can get. Rivaling forged. I run a 68mm TB on my daily so I dont see an issue with that either. PTE also makes nice injectors, and you can often find them cheap.
And considering that he already bought everything, no point in telling him what to buy now. What he has is fine for his goals. There are plenty of people making around 400WHP on stock sleeves. Sleeves are super expensive and kind of kill the whole value of a D build.

i dont see the bisimoto cam being very beneficial to a boosted build, i would think twice about that .. but you are going to need extensive tuning to reach those whp goals
