First swap!!: '97 B18B into 98 EK
Hi everyone,
been lurking for a while and never had anything to ask...
I just bought a 97 OBD2A RS engine, and I want to put it in my 98 civic hatch
-I read that first off i need the rear tranny mount and the side engine mount from an SI (or SiRs for us canadians)
-Now comes the wiring problems, I've done misc installs(greddy e-manage, V-AFC2, Radios, subs, etc), I'm wondering how i can make the engine run perfect, if lets say I have the headers and only one O2 sensor, and no cat after. By perfect, I mean with no check engines.
-I plan on running turbo and convert to OBD1 (uberdata) but for now I'm on a budget and i need help!
thanks everyone, wish me luck with the swap
heres a pic of my econo box (for now)
My email is: cdamboiseb@hotmail.com
if you wanna give me tips!

first off i think you will like the ls in your hatch once you get it installed.
second i believe your right when it comes to the new mounts you will need for it to work.
as for your wiring problems that can easily be solved by just buying an obd2a-obd2b conversion harness. i would recommend saving yourself some money in the long run and just buying a p06 or p28 and converting your car with the same kind of harness since you plan on using uberdata later anyways.
well whatever you do keep us updated on your progress and i have to say i love the way your car looks so far
