Hey guys, this probably isn't the right place for this post, but I thought I'd welcome myself to H-T. I've been surfin' the site for some time now, but never had a Honda. Well, I finally picked one up. Found myself a nearly rust free 92 EG hatch with a B16a2 swap. It's got a some goodies, but nothing too special. Rebuilt 1500 miles ago with CTR pistons, mugen headgasket... some other stuff. Anyway, I just got the car tonight for $2,500 and thought I'd make a post.
Car isn't much to look at yet... flat black front clip and white rear half, but that'll change.
Pics soon,
-Ryne

< Definite n00b... oh well.
Anyway, the guy recently had a child, lives with his folks at the ripe old age of ~23. But he wanted to get rid of it quick so he could put a bigger turbo on his A4... so between the kid and the turbo I was able to get a pretty sweet deal.

Ignore the flaming, you'll figure it all out soon enough. I hope you enjoy your new whip.
Get some full specs on your car, that's a high compression set up for daily driving. If the previous owner never looked into engine management then he may have sold it off cheap out of frusteration.

It's just a guess, but I don't think it had anything to do with frustration. The car runs smooth and strong. It is throwing a check engine light though... might as well make this post more technical. I had my buddy take it to work to check it out... it's an o2 code of some kind... I'm still not too familiar with diagnosing such things.
