Default Finishing up my swap.............56K?

I just finished dropping a B16 in and bolting all the mounts up. I used Urethane inserts and man this thing is stiff. It was a bitch to get the damn inserts in. After I bolted the mounts up, I tried to rock the engine and this thing wont budge. When I didnt have the inserts, it would rock a little but thats probably because I had a bad mount.
For the people that have these inserts; does it eliminate SOME wheel hop? And was it as stiff as I have explained?

Well here are some pics of what has gotten done.............Sorry for the crappy pics

This is the other swap I have lined up

Yeah I did it by myself, but things are a little easier with a helping hand.

i've got the energy suspension inserts on my b series swap, along with a diy window weld polyurethane upper tranny mount and I haven't noticed any wheel hop. great buy but pain in the *** to install the rear if the motor is still in the car

Skip the inserts then and start reading up on traction bars.

I want to know about the seats...
How wide are your shoulders and ***, and how much room do you have left between the bolsters?
How is the lumbar support? Is the foam firm or soft?

I had those exact same seats for a short while. The seats are very narrow at the top and didn't fit too well for my frame. I am 6' and 180lbs if that helps.

I havent sat in them yet but from just looking at it, it looks like it will be good. The foam is soft and not hard at all. I will try and get some measurements of the width of the seat and the back support.

What is your shoulder width?
I have a pretty small frame - 5'10" 150lbs shoulders @ roughly 19"

I wouldn't say a swap is EASY, for some it is less difficult but for some people that are not as mechanically inclined then I would say its a bit complicated with no experience.
