Default Finalizing swap

Alright, I'm going to be ordering my 98 or 97 JDM B18C GSR swap from Steve at HMO. I just want to make sure I got everything I need in order to complete the swap in as little time as possible. I was told a 97/98 JDM GSR engine is OBD2a, while my 2000 Civic EX is OBD2b. So, here is what I'll be ordering:

-OBD2b to OBD2a Conversion harness (http://www.boomslang.us/obd2to2.htm) <- possibly that brand?
-Rear tranny mount from 99-00 SI (50827-S04-N10)
-Driver Side mount bracket from 99-00 SI (11910-P30-000)
-'96 Del Sol A/C bracket (38930-P54-000)

Am i missing anything? I should be ordering all this within the next week. So i need confirmation as soon as possible. I'll be doing the swap myself, so also if you have any tips/tricks, let me know. Again, this is a 97/98 JDM B18C GSR complete swap going into my 2000 Civic EX.

You need the Shift linkage, Radiator hoses (GSR)
While your add it replace the alt, a/c & power steering belts and Spark plugs.
Have 6 quarts of oil ready, 1 gallon anti-freeze, 2 quarts tranny fluid ready so you don't have to go buy them after the motor goes in.

32mm socket wrench for the axel bolts, new cotter pins for the suspension arms tower bolts and a tuning (suspension) fork.

Also have 2 floor jacks and something to put behind the rear tires.

Alright, just checked. the JDM engine ill be getting comes with a P72 ecu... which is OBD1 correct? so i would need a OBD2b to OBD1 conversion harness correct?

Also, what all do i need to rewire? And will I need to do anything with distributor/injectors?

when i did my b16 swap
the things i needed was

5 quarts of mobil 1
spark plugs
spark wires
3qt of tranny oil
coolant
oil filter
new axel if they didnt came ripped
new raditor hose (the one came with the swap were to soft seem like they were about to rip)

as for alt ac and ps belts. you dont need to change them unless they are completely ripped up

you wont need a tuning (suspension) fork
just use this site https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=887859

as for the mounts
talk to steve(hmo) about getting mounts from him . he will get your a discount if you buy it with the motor

The full swap i ordered from HMO did not come with radiator hoses.. dunno if yours will, but mine didn't.. i bought 99-00 SI hoses, one fit fine and the other i had a cut a tad, 99 civic, 98 ls swap.

I didn't have to wire up vtec on mine (it's an ls).. and i believe my harness is a bit different from yours.. 99 dx vs 99 ex.

I had to change my iacv plug from 3 wire to 2 wire, and change my cfk sensor sensor from 3 wire to 2 wire as well. And i had to rewire the dist plug.

If you run into any problems hit me up i'll try to help ya as much as i can.

bradykiller, how did you change the plugs from 3 to 2 and 2 to 3? also, my car already has vtec, so do i need to wire it in?

also, bout the mounts. id like to get OEM, because i know with the hasport mounts they offer, you can hear/feel everything, i dont want that.

alright, Steve confirmed the ecu is a OBD2a. So ill get a OBD2b to OBD2a harness. also, another member on here works at a dealership and is gonna hook me up on the OEM mounts. So im good in that department.

A p72 is for a gsr so you shouldn't need to chip for the secondary butterflies. Just the OBD conversion.
I think maybe he was thinking p28??
